Hamza is a corporate trainer and a Master of Public Administration graduate from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs. He is a Co-founder of Youth Impact, a nonprofit that works on country wide youth capacity building through innovative approaches. He has over 6 years of experience in consulting and training with private, public and nonprofit organizations, and has trained over 5000 corporate and public senior, mid-career and junior professionals at organizations like Higher Education Commission, Engro, CCI Pakistan and Civil Services Academy.
Shan is a MBA Finance graduate from IoBM. Alongside finance background he is also working as data analyst. He has been affiliated with Ihsaas for the past 6 years. His responsibilities include healthcare partnership management and finance operations and reporting. Shan also heads the healthcare stream at Ihsaas.
Zuhair is a team leader at Ihsaas with a graduate degree in commerce from UoK. He supervises the field operations for micro businesses project at Ihsaas, overseeing our efforts to expand to new communities and experimenting with new trades. He is also associated with a national cause of Polio Eradication Initiative and playing his part as a Communication Officer. He has over 12 years of experience in development sector.
