- 1-year Business experience in any field preferred (Fruit Field Preferred)
- No loan should on the individual exceeding the amount 25K
- Integrity, Grit, Motivated and Hardworker
- Have 2 to 3 reference
- Resident in the area for the past 2 years
- Be willing to put a token amount (minimal) to establish skin in the game.
