The recovery rate for most of the microfinance loans was less than 40 percent and by the time the program was shelved in 2017, bad debts against the micro-loans program had amounted to PKR 5 Million.
The word 'ihsaas' means to feel or be sensitive to what others are feeling; and this realization is precisely what brought together the founders of Ihsaas Trust.
